Hot time in the old time tonight. Good fries, not great. Interesting place to go for happy-hour. Go there for the steak, skip the fires.

Notes:
Another first! That’s right a double shot! We have the “thin” vs. “wedge”. The thin tasted great, but in the end was less filling. The wedge won out with it’s rich taste and buttery creamy filling. Oh, and they re-heated at home and tasted like they were just out of the fryer. that is an absolute first for me. So the “wedge” originally got a “23”, but I bumped them to a “24” because of the re-heat.

Notes:
These are very good fries. They have a bit of seasoning, dill and maybe parmesan, not heavy mind you. A slight dusting. You definitely get what you pay for here, which is both good and bad. They are not for those on a budget, you know those people. These fries make me think of Morrissey songs, maybe “Hair Dresser on Fire” or “The Last of the International Playboys”.

Wow, a “4”, I didn’t think that it was possible to screw up a french fry. Hey kids, hospital food is really that bad. So yeah, some stereotypes are true. Some are. Some are not. So use a combination of good judgement and common sense to figure out which are true and which are not. I trust in you.

Pretty good, although they lost heat really fast and got cold, then tasted kind bad. maybe double dipped, not bad. But really kind of boring.

A battered type, maybe the technique is closer to a double fry. Very crisp, but greasy. Lots of Flavor and quite filling.
